Vault N* ships within the European Union from the Netherlands. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. For larger items, white-glove delivery may apply; any service fees are shown upfront before you place your order.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by product type and destination and are shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

  • Ready-to-Ship: typically 1–3 business days processing + transit time depending on destination.

  • Made-to-Order: produced after purchase. Typical lead time: 6–8 weeks, unless stated otherwise.

Please note: delivery times are estimates. If delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

White-glove delivery (furniture)
For larger furniture items, we offer white-glove delivery. After your order is confirmed, our team (or delivery partner) will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. White-glove service may include delivery to the room of choice, placement, assembly where applicable, and removal of packaging. The exact scope can vary by product and location and will be confirmed when scheduling your delivery.

Tracking & updates
Where available, you will receive tracking details. For made-to-order items, we provide status updates throughout production and fulfilment (e.g., production, finishing, shipped).

Receiving & inspection
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier where possible and take photos. Report any damage or missing parts as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) to support@vaultnr.nl with your order number and photos.

Missed deliveries / appointment deliveries
For white-glove delivery, we schedule a delivery appointment. If delivery cannot be completed due to absence or incorrect details, additional fees for re-delivery may apply.

Risk & title
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
