Each Made-to-Order piece is crafted specifically for you by our network of ateliers. This means no mass production and no excess inventory — your piece is made with intention. Typical lead times are 6–8 weeks depending on the piece.

Vault Drops are time-limited windows where we release curated pieces. Each drop has a start and end date — once the window closes, the drop is "sealed" and those pieces move to the archive. Keyholders get early access to all drops.

When a Vault Drop ends, it becomes sealed — meaning those specific pieces are no longer available for purchase. Sealed items move to our Archive where they can be viewed but not bought. This is deliberate scarcity in service of exceptional craft.

All orders from The Vault are delivered via our White Glove Delivery service. Your pieces are delivered to your door on a scheduled date, carefully unpacked and placed in your desired location, with all packaging materials removed.

White Glove Delivery is €150 flat rate, and complimentary on orders over €2,500.

Please note: if a lift rental is needed for delivery to upper floors without an elevator, this cost is not included and will be arranged separately.

For Made-to-Order pieces, the delivery timeline begins after the production period is complete.

We deliver throughout the European Union from the Netherlands. All deliveries use our White Glove Delivery service. Delivery times are typically 5–10 business days for Ready-to-Ship items. For Made-to-Order pieces, the delivery timeline begins after the production period.

Ready-to-Ship items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Made-to-Order pieces are non-returnable as they are crafted specifically for you. If your piece arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and Klarna. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Yes, through Klarna we offer several flexible payment options: Pay in 3 interest-free installments, Pay in 30 days, or monthly financing over 6–36 months (subject to approval). Select Klarna at checkout to see available options.

Keyholders are our inner circle. Benefits include early access to all Vault Drops, access to hidden exclusive editions, priority on Made-to-Order pieces with a dedicated concierge, and invitations to private viewings and Vault events.

Keyholder access is granted via invitation or access code. Create an account, then redeem your code on the Keyholders page. If you don't have a code, you can request access — we review applications on a rolling basis.
