Return Policy — Vault N*

Overview
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Our return policy depends on whether an item is Ready-to-Ship or Made-to-Order / Custom.

1) Ready-to-Ship returns (14 days)

You may return Ready-to-Ship items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • unused and in original condition

  • returned in the original packaging (including protective materials)

  • complete with all parts and accessories

To start a return, email support@vaultnr.nl with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • (optional) photos of the item and packaging

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping & costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. You are responsible for the item until it arrives back with us.

Refund timing
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after inspection.

2) Made-to-Order / Custom items (non-returnable)

Made-to-Order / Custom items are produced specifically for you (for example: selected materials, finishes, dimensions, modules). These items cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned after order confirmation, except where required by law.

3) Limited Editions & Vault Drops

Limited Editions and Vault Drops are released in limited quantities.

  • If the item is Ready-to-Ship, the 14-day return policy applies.

  • If the item is produced specifically for your order (Made-to-Order), it is non-returnable as described above.

4) Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact support@vaultnr.nl as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue and packaging

We will assess the case and, where applicable, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

5) Refund exclusions

Refunds may be reduced or refused if items are returned:

  • used, stained, or damaged (other than transit damage reported promptly)

  • without original packaging or missing parts

  • beyond the 14-day return window (for Ready-to-Ship items)
